WALLS/ARCH - K23 loose stack w/fiber paper between bricks for expansion. 1" fiber board behind walls. 4" fiber on top of arch, encased in mortar. Chimney port sized per Nils Lou design, lined w/K26 bricks.
DOOR - 1" inset fit to kiln opening. Door bricks grooved around flange to hold them in place. Spy holes tapered openings w/ cut K23 plugs.
DAMPER - 1" thick cut kiln shelf w/spare.

VENTING HOOD - Covers entire kiln w/chimney for exhaust gases.
SHED - Custom built around kiln, venting hood chimney. Galvanized steel walls. Can disassemble to move. Just need raised 8x8 slab 3-4" above ground for walls that extend around slab for rain.
FURNITURE - 16 12x24x1 alumina shelves, many 2" posts various lengths. Custom steel cabinet for shelves, posts w/wood box for shelves
